Alp joined Pulse Ecosystem Pte Ltd (part of the Prudential Assurance group) recently to lead the Transformation Programme initiative.

Prior to this new role, he was with Allianz SE Insurance’s Asia Pacific office as the Regional Chief Transformation Office, taking care of the Transformation & Renewal program for the Asia-Pacific region, and managing the regional business design and taking care of the deployment of the global IT platform.

Alp also held senior positions in IAG, working on Transformation and representing IAG on the Boards of India and Vietnam and overseeing business in Indonesia, with direct oversight of the operations.

With more than 20 years of senior roles in China and Asia Pacific under his belt, Alp excels at bringing many different strands together into a coherent whole and has a proven track record in devising top-level strategy, leading, planning and executing operations with topand bottom-line success, often in turnaround situations.

A passionate and energetic leader and mentor, Alp is firm in his beliefs when he embarks on large scale transformations at organizations he is with. Alp grew up in Hamburg, Germany and has been based in Asia since 1997. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Wilhelmshaven, Germany, with majors in Organization, HR Management and Marketing. He is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
