Familiar with a multi-cultural environment, Jarod has work experience in UK, Middle East and China.

Jarod is currently the Executive Director at UOB Kay Hian. ~150 seats. Responsible for day to day operational delivery and excellence, Jarod has leadership over the group's operational matters. This include end to end brokerage operations, custody, client services, account services, human resources and corporate secretariat.

Jarod holds a Master of Science in Molecular Engineering from the Singapore M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Alliance program, a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from NUS (National University of Singapore) and passed all 3 levels of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). He is an avid mountain biker, and enjoys outdoor adventures with family.
