Raju NairManaging Director – Regional Head of Customer Experience Journey
Raju presently is the Regional Head- Customer Journey Experience for the Consumer Banking Group.
Till April 2016, Raju was in the DBS Improvement Team leading the Customer Journey Program. He set up and championed the Human Centered Design practice across the Bank for the last 3 years since 2013.
From 2010- 2012, he was leading the Process Improvement(PIE) program across the region supporting the ‘RED- DBS Asian Service Standards’ rollout.
Previous to this role he led the Operations teams in Singapore responsible for Accounts Services (Consumer + Corporate) and Consumer Investment Operations. He joined DBS in late 2005.
Before DBS, he spend 11 years as an entrepreneur running BPO and IT consulting services in India across domains of railways, telecom and securities.
